APPOINTING COMMISSILVERB OF' THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE OILS

igBIBEAS, 1 its Resolution No, 2507 and pursuant to the "Mousing Authorities Law" of the
State ,f California there was declared a need for a Housing Authority in thu City of Alameda, and
commissioners thereof were appoihted in the manner provided by law; and
WHEREAS, said Housing Authority has been in exidtence and, through its said commissioners
cr their duly appointed successors, has exercised its functions and duties since its creation b,
said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, by reason of resignations submitted by the caNfissioners, accepted by this Corn-
Nil and effective May 13, 14968, there exist fiyd vacancies in the membership thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED MY '103 33 OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
prorisluns of Part 2, Division 31 of the Health and Safety Code of ,California, the follow1hg five
perschs are hereby appointed as Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, for
the terms and periods expiring as set forth, and to serve until the sulliessor of each is thereafter
appointed and qualified:
