CITY OF' ALAKIDA RESOLUTION NO. 7821
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS APPORTIONED FROM
TEE HIGHWAY USERS TAX FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, in accordance with appLicable provisions of Sections 2106 and 2107 of the Streets
and NighwayP Code of California, a, project statement and budget, has been prepared showing the estimated
expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1968-1969 fiscal year; mnd
WHEREAS, the City Council ham considered said budget, im familiar HOME and approves the
contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE lk RESOLVED BY THE CCONCIL OF ThD CITY OF AIWMAIHDA that said budget be and
is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be mado from such funds during the
1968-1969 fiscal year.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was 61 ly. and regularly
