WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Speci
repair and resurticing of San Antonio Avenue from Bay Stmeet to Morton
filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 27, 1.968.;

cations, Special Provisions and Plans, be, and the same are hereby ampr

Specifications and Prevns be and the. same is hereby authorixed.

RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, the Council, of the City of Abnreda will receimo Boated bido
up to the heti- of 11:00 o,clock a.m. on FRIDAY, TUNE 7, 196S, for furnishing to the City of all labor,
materials, rachinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in accord-
ance with said Specifications and ProvXsions. Bids nmat be presented to the City Clerk, in the City.
Hall, Alameda, California under sealed cover and plainay ranked on the outside, "Proposal for Repair
and Resurfacing of San Antonio Avenue from Day Stmeet to Morton Street', or similar designation_
Contraut, if amerded, will be awarded rubject to the provisions of tbe Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who subritd the leweda and best bid. The right is rederved to
reject any or all bide.
Said Specificatidms and Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder on applioation to
the City Enginee1B at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The City Clerk id hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bide, in adcordance with the provisions of' this resolution and of sadd Specifidations
are Provndiond.
