WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prebared Specifioations, Special Provisions and Plans for
chain link fence improvements at Krusi Park, No. PW 6-68-19, and filed in the office of the Clty
Clerk 006 ,lure 5, 1968;
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA flat the said Speci-
ficatiGns, Special Provons and Plans, be, and the same are hereby approved and adooted.
FE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the work specified in said
Specifications and Provisions be and the same is hereby authorized-
PE IT FURIINER RESOLVED (00 the Council of the City of Alameda. will receige sealed bide up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THURSDAY, JUNE. 13, 1968k far 01 'r to the City of all iMbor,
materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in accord-
ance with said Specifications and Provisions- Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City
Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly- marked on the outside, .Proposal for Chain

Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisiens of the Charter of' the City
of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid- The right is reserved to
reject any- or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisiens may be had by any prospective bidder or application to
the City Engineer, at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to adaertise, in the Alameda IRmes-Star, a notice call-
ing for sea ids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of sand SpocifioatiGns
and Provisions.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
