APPOINTING WARRNN T. ISAACS IC OFFICE OF COUNCILMAN-
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy in an elective office, to wit, a Councilman, by virtue of
the resignatien of William M. Bartley from maid office on June 5, 1968,
hOW THEREFORE, BE II' RESOLVED BY NNE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA ursuant to Sec-
tions 2-7 and 2-8 of the Charter of the City of Alameda, WARN EN T. ISAACS is hereby appointee to
the office of Councilman, for a term commencing upon the adoption of' this resolution and to continue
until 8:00 o,clock p.m. on third. Tuesday in April following the next Genewal Municipal Election,
at which a successor shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of said Charter.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that. the forbgeing Resoluticn was duly and regfdariy
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular Looting aceeubled on the
