WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a. request for approval of a.
certain warrant nvehbered 145 of the Feard of Trustees of Reclamation DistrSot No. 2105, and thls
Council finds that said harrant should be approved.; and
WHEREAF, the issuance of said warrant and the face amornt thereof were duly authorized
by resolution of salO Board at its meeting held on May 29, 1968, said resolution appearing in the
minutes thereof;
NOW, IFARIMBRE, BE rf 1 ASOL5N1 BY THE COUNCIL OF TEN CITY OF ALAMEDA that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby is, approved.
