IN THE OFF-STREET PA:EKING SURPLUS REEEFUE FUND TO TUB
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
NUEPEAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 6.08(6) of Resolution No. 6312, authorizing the
issuanch of City cf Alameda Off-Street Parking Revenue Bonds, the City,s Fiscal Agent, Dank ol'
Amerioa National Trust and Savings Association, has accumulated certain amounts in the Surplus
1,, 1. Fund; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provides that the City Council mayw by resolution, request the
8hacal Agent to transfer to the General Fund of the City, to be used for any' lawful purposes, any
or all moneys in the Surplus Revenue Fund;
