PROVIDING FOR, TEE AMOUET PER DIEM FOP OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF TEE CITY OE AL0000$ FOR, TEAVELING EXPENBES
WHEREAS, Section 22-7 of the Charter of the City of Alameda requires that the Council
arnuaily fix the per diem allowance for traveling expenses of officers and employees of the City;
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of ALAMEDA. as follems:
That the per diem allowance for all officers are employees of the City of Alameda. while
attending to official duties, both within and without the City of Alamedh, shall. not exceed the
amount of the actual expense incurred per diem by such officer or employee, in addition. to the
costs of transportation actually incurred; and
FE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such expenditures shall. be repaid to such officer or employee
by the City of Alameda upon submissibn of a statement of ouch expense in form. satisfactory to tho
Auditor of the City of Alameda.
BE IT' RUPTIER DESOLVED that such allowance herein fixed shall be effective during the
fiscal year 196E-1969.
