HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TME 1 Jr hIAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and. upon nomination of the Mayor, ERIC H. ESSEX
is hereby appointed to the office of member of the City Planning Board of the City of Alameda for
a term commencing on July 1, 1.968 and expiring on June SO, 1971, mnd to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duiy and regularty
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting aseepbted on the
