ESTABLISHING INDIVIDUAL MEMODIALIZATION Of'
WAR DEAD BY FLAG DISPLAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE crTy OF ALAREDA that tho City Hall flag be lowered to
and shall remain at. half-staff for one full day az an official memorial. to and in honor of Alameda
citizens who have lost their Lives while engaged in. active cmty wjth the Armed Forces of the United
States. Such flag diotday sha ll. be observed by- the City, as aforesaid, sudsessively amd separately
as necessanyv it being the intenaion of this Council that each such citizen shall reseive individual
nwamorialization for a designated day.
BE 17 'FURTHER EFSOIVED that residents of the City' who display the flag are urged to observe
the practice herein established.
