AUTHORIZING TILE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH BRINE'S,
INCORPORATED, FOR THEIR SERVICES RELATING TO PARKING METER
COLLECTIONS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1968-1969
WHEREAS, a proposed contract with Brnk's, Incorborated, for -their services relating to
parking meter collections during the fiscal year beginning Lilly- 1, 1968 and ending June 30, 1969,
has been submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms arid
conditions thereof; and
3/11 , it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said contract be entered.

NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF TIE CI1T OF AIAGEDA that the Mayer cf the
City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Alameda, that certain contract referred to above by and. between Brink's, Incorporated, and the City
of Alameda, for their servioes relating to parking meter collections d'aing the f year 1.968-
1369. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
