BE IT RFOOLYED BY THE COUNCIL OF IKE CITY OF' AINPEDA that in accordance udth Paragraph VII
of that certain written agreement between the City and Daniel, NXnn, Johnson & Mendenhall, a
corporation, executed June lin, 1969, and authorized Al, Resolution No. 9141, and upon the request
of said Contractor, and good cause appearing therefor, the time for completion of the work by Con-
tractor under said agreement is hereby extended ty September 30 1962.
