BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Of' TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Council hereby determines
and notifies the Department of Ncusing and Community Development. of the State of '0'' 1r3
that
sairi City has and is enforcing a local ordinance or ordinances prescribing minimmm standards equal
to or greater than the following provisions of Divisien iS, Health and Safety Code, State of
California:
Part 1.5 (commencing with Section. 17910).
Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 19000) of Part 3.
Chapter 2 (commencimg with Section 1W100) of Part 3.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOINED that this resolution i3 approved for issuance, and shal l. constitute
notise, to the Department of Housing and Community Development, State of California, on the date and

shall expire August 31, 1970.
