AFFRBVINC FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3011,
SURMI1EED BY PAN-PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, AND APPROVING
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY
WHEREAS, there has been. heretofore filed with and approved by this Gouncil a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 3011, formerly designated Tract 2902; and.
WHEREAS, the aubdiwider of :said Tract 8011, Pan-Pacific DevelppEent Companyh has entered_
into a contract with the City of Alameda, agreeing to conatruct certain improvements upon said Traot
and to post with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda a faithful performance bond in the amount of
$193,200.00 to guarantee perfomance of aaid contract; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider haa filed. with this Coundil for approval the Final Map of Laid
Tract 3011;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY DBE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ALAKERA that the Final Map of
Tract 3011 be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FUREEEt RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $198,200.00, guaranteeing full and faith-
ul performance of the Subdiyider,s said improvements cordtruction cbntract, Lc hereby approved as
sufficient in amount,

introftuced and adebted. by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of September, 1968, by the following vote, tc wit:
