AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONOTHECT1CaN AND
COMPLETION OF' IMPROVEMENIS IN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
3011.--FAH-PACIFIR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, pursuant tu Ordirance No. 1208 NE 8., Pan-Pacific Development Company, subditEder
herein, has prepared and presented to this Council_ the Final Map of the subdivieion. known as Tract
301d.; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider bss entered into an agreement to construct and complete the
improvements in said subdivision, has fidsd the Final Map thereof for approval at this time, and
has posted its build guaranteeing full and faith= performance of said work, all in accordance with
the provisions of' said ordinance; and
NEEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work performed
in accordance with said agreement;
MOW, =PRIORS, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement
for constructlon and completion of improvements in the al:Edda-vision knodn as Tract 3011, and add its
terms and conddtions, be, and the same hereby is, approved; and
ER Ti' FUTKIEER RISOIVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authoried and directed
to execute said agreement en behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby' direreteO to attest to
same.
