APPROVING WARRANTS NCS. 148 AND 14.8, 33.401) OF TRUSTEES
OF RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105
THEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a. request for approval of cer-
tain warrants numbered 148 and 149 of the Board of Trustees of Peclanation District No. 2105, and
this Council finds that said warrants should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuanre of said farrants and the face amounts thereof were duly authorised
by resolutions of said Board at ito meetdng held on September 5, .1.968, said resolutions appearing
in the minutes thereof;
NOW 3, 1. DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that thP warrants of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation Distrirt No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby are approved.
