ANEWEIEING :EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO COHIRACT NO. m62474-
67-c-0153 (MODIFICATION P010) RELATING TO SPECIAL SERVICES
FURNIENW BY CITY TO U. S. DAVI OFF-DIATIDN PUBLIC QUARTERS
AND POMOJA HOUSING' PROTECT
WHEREAS, the United. States of America, Diutrict Public Works Office, Twelfth Naval District,
San 'Bruno, California, has submitted a form of Supplemental Agreoment amending Contract No. N62474-
67-C-0153 (formerly EBy(D)-)4(50) heretofore on June 19, 1962 entered into pursuant to Resolution
No. 6362, and relating to special servines to be rendered by the City to the United States Nhvy Off-
Station Public Quarters and Ecooja Housing Project; and
WHEREAD, said amendnuna, dunoudnated Modifioatien P010, increases the estimated annual cost
by $149.00, deletes the annual cost of 01 T,087.00 provided for by Moddfication P009, and substitutes
$17,236.00 therefor; and
WLEREAS, this Counoil is familiar with. the previziona of said amendment, and it io in the
public interest that said Modification P010 should be exocuted
00 , THEREFORE, Bh if RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Supplemental Agreement amenning Contract No. N6204-0-C-0-1.53 (fmmuerly NIFy(U)-1EI( 50), Modification
P010, be entered into, and the Mayor i5 hereby authorized to execute same on behalf of the 331 of
Alameda and the City 01urk is authorized to attest same.
