WHEREAS there has ,heretofore been filed with this Council a request for approval of a
certain warrant numbered 150 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105; and this
Council finds that said warrant, should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were duly authorized by
resolution of said Board at its meeting held on September 26, 1968, said resolution appearing in
the minutes thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE II' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TPE CITY OP' 01010100 that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District .No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby is approved.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
