RESOLUTION ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS FOR THF FORMATION OF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 68-1, CITY OF ALAMEDA, AIANTMA
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, on the 1,2th day of MagR 1966, the City Engineer' of the City of Alameda, Alameda
County, California, filwd certain documents with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda in, connection
with Assessment District No. 3 O-1, and the City Council. of' the City of Alameda adopted certain reso-
lutions, including a Resolution Approving the Boundary Map and the Resolution of intention; and
WHEREAS, it has since been deteszdned that because of the estimated cost of the improve-
ments and other related problems, the owners of property within, the district dw not wish to go
ahead with the formation of said district;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that the broceedings for the formatiEn of Assessment District Ro, A5-1, City of Alameda,
Alameda County, California, be, and they are hereby, abandoned at thio time.
BE IT IRREIER1 RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby- authorized and directed to file a
certified copy of this resolution, together with CertifioEte attached hereto setting forth the mat-
ters required by the proVisions of Section 81 1T of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, with the County Recorder of the County of Alameda, State of' CarMTornla.
