NOW THEREFORE, BE 11 RESOLVED BY ILE COUNCIL OF Tia CITY OF ALAMEDA that the saih Speci-
fications, Special Provisions and Plans, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted_
EE IT FUREEER RESOLVED that the performance and .» :n of the work specified in said
Specification:A and Provisions be and the same is hereby authorined.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED t the Council of the City of Alameda nill receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 1968, for furnishing to the City of
all labor, L4. machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabovu referred to,
in accordance with said '117744. 4. and Provisions. kihs must be presented to the it Clerk, in
the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked. on the outside, "Prposal
for Culvert Construction at Broadway and Grist Street and at Broadway and Chester' Street," or
siadlar designation,
Contract, if awarded, dill be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the responsible bidder whe submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved
to reject any or all bihs.
Said Specithoations and Provisions may be had by- any prospective bidder on. 'ration to

ing for sealed. bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution, and of said. Specifioations
