Alameda County, California, passed its Resenution No. 7375, Resolution Finding and Determining
that there is a Surplus in the Fund Provided for the Improvements Made in. Assessment District No.
67-1; and
WHEREAS, it has been deteruMned that there are additional funds in the improvement fund;
