COMELETION OF UMPROVEMENTS IN COEHECTION WITH PARCEL MAP
NO. 398 AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PEEFORMANCE BOND AN TO
SUABIONENCY (DIVISION' OF PROPERTY NEAR THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF PARK STREET AND CLEMENT AVENUE ALAMEDA,
CALIFORNIAN-DONALD R. ELDRIDGE AND BARBARA ELDRIDGE,
AND_FONN F. PRICE AND BILLY 6. PRICE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, there
has been presented to this Counhil a Parcel Map, designated Parcel Map No. 398, and
heretofore conditionally approved by the Planning Board, being a division of' the
property located neer the northeast 0.9949 of Park Street and Clement Avenue, in the
City of Alameda, by Lonaln a. Eldridge and. Barbara Eldridge, and John F. Price and
Billy f. Price; and
WHEREAS, said approval by the Planning Board is conhitionPd up2r the execution
ty subdividers of an. agreement to construct and complete certain public. improvements on
said property; and
MIEREAS, said subdividers have entered. into such an agreement and have posted
their bonE guaranteeing full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance
with said section; and
ENEFEAS, it will be to the benefit of the Ritz to have said work performed
in accordance therewith;
NOW, TUFFEFORE, BE IT RESOLVEN BY TRH COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIRMEN-A that the
agreement for the construction and completion of the improvements in the division. of
pronetty located near the northeast corner of Park Street arn Clemert Avenue, desigeated
as Parcel Map Do. 398, bm Donald. B. Eldridge and Barbara Eldridge, and john F. Price and
j. Price, be, and the same hereby is, approven, and the Gity Manager is astbnrized
and directed to execute, and tho City. Clerk to attest, said agreement on behelf of the
City; and
BE IL PERI:FEN RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of (A1,000.00, guaranteeing full
ann faithful performante of said contract, is hereby approved as sufficient in. amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Rescistinn was duly
