WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with. this Council a request for
approval of a. certain warrent numbered 152 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation
Ddstrict No. 2105; and this Counhil. finds that said warrant should be aporovedz and
WILEDAB, the issuance of said warrant and. the face amount thereof were duly
authorized by resolution of said. Board at its meeting held on November 21, 1968, said
resolntion.sppearing in the minutes thereof;
