WHEREAS, the Connell. of the City. of Riambda did, on the 7t1 . day of November,
1968, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 7401 declaring its intentGon to order the
vacation of an improved portion of a. public street, being a sector of riecartney Road cone
taining 0.0236 acres more or less, previously acquired by the City of Alain:id by dedication.
upon the anntoval by Resolution Re. 6825, adopted July 6, 1965, of this Council. of the
Final Mepof subdivision Tract 2730, situated. in the City of Alameda, County of Alambda,
State of Califor.dia, more particularly described in said Resolution. of Intention as
follows: .
COMMENCING at the monument having coordinates, Y62:55444.92 feet and
X-1,495,343.42 feet, based on the California Coordinate System,
Zone III, en are all bearings an6 distances in this description,
said monument being at the westex ly. terminus line of 1. 11131
Road as shown upon that certain man entitled, "TRACT 2936,
CHLITAS ALAMEDA UNIT NO. 2, ALAMEDA, CALREORRIA," filed for
record August 17, 1967, in Book 58 of maps at pages 53 thrd.
56, inclusive, Alameda County Records;
THERON along the westerly terminus line of said Read and being also
the boundary line of said Trent 2996, 8.2720602" BM 3.88 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
