WHEREAS, a form of agreement relating to the rights, dnties and liabilities of the Golf
Professional at the Alameda Municipal Golf Compes has been filed kn the office of the Cfty- Clerk.;

WHEREAS, Jack Cummings has since June 22, MEAA been designated as, and ohrsuant to written
agreement therefor has satisfactorily furnished the services of, Gol.f Professional. et saAA Courses,
and it is mhtually advantageous and in the best public interest that a new agreement between the
pahties for such services be entered into; and
WHIBEAS, the Council. of the City of Alameda is informed and. aware of the contents of said
agreement;
NOE' THEREFORE, BE M RESOLVED BY TEE COLT:GILD:I- Thil CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the
City of 13 4. ee, and be is hereby acthorixed and difected to expecte, for and on bebaif of the
City of aLameda, that certain Agreement relating to the rights, duties and liabilities by and between
the Golf Professional and the City of Alameda, the term thereof being for a period of five (5) years
from Jantary 1, .1969, to and including December 31, i973.
BE T r IT7THER RESOLVED that JaM Cummings be denominated therein as the "Coif Professional.,
0' 17 FURTHER RESOMED that tho City Clerk of the City of Alameda 3.9 hereby directed to
attest to said Agreement.
