APPROVING WARRANTS NOS. 153 AND 154 OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF DIXIE:ad:HON DISTRICT NO. 2105
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been fiand with thin Council a request for approval of certain
warrants numbered 153 and 154 of the Board of Trustees of Resladation District No. 2105, and this
Council finds that said warrants should he approved; and
WHEREAS, the losuance of' said warrants and the face amounts Thereof were duly authorized
by resolutions of said Board at its meeting held on December 30 1968, said_ recolutins appearing
in the minutes thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE id' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Oh' ThE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the warrants of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby are approved-
