BE IT RESOLVED BT TILE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Maybr and City' Clerk be,
and. each hureby Fe, nuthorimed to execute and attest to, respecidmely, on behalf of the City of
Alameda, those two certain agreements entitled, (I) "Commercial Leaoe," between the City of
Alameda and the Southern Paoific Company, a corporation, and, (2) "Snbtenanoy Agreement,"
between the City of Alameda, the Southern. Pacific Companyy a or and the }lousing Authority
of the City of Alameda, a body politic, which said agreements are on file, in the office of the City
Clerk and marked, "filed, January 21, 1969," and whidh provide for the month-to-month. lease by the
City of a parcel of real property' owned by' eaid Southern Paaific Corynany and sublwase thereof to
the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, with no rental payments therefor reserved to the aaid
Loeser.
