AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
}7 3.3 MAP NO. 427 AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE
BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY' (DIVISION OF PROPERTY AT THE
BOUTIENESTERLY END OF HAWTHORNE STREET, ALAMEDA,
CALIEORNIA -- WILLIAM S. GODFREY)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 11-319.2. of 4- Alameda Municipal Code, there has
been rrosented to this Council a Parcel Map, designated Parcel Map No. 427, and heretofore
conditionally approved by the Planninh, Board, being a division of the property located at
the southwesterly end of Hawthorne Street, in. the City of Alameda, by William S. Godfrey;
and
WEE:LEAS, said 33111., <14' 13' tbe Planning Board . la conditioned on tha execution
by subdivider of an agreement to construct and complete certain purlir improvempnta on
sair property; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into such an 31 354014-31 and has posted his
bond FueranteeinF fall and. faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with said
section; and
WHEREAS, it will bo to the benefit of the City to Lave said work aerformed in
accordance therewith;

agreement on bebalf of the City; and
