WHEREAS, the City Enmineer has prepared. Specifications, Special Provisions
and Plans for pavoment rebnirs on Tilden Way. from Buena Vista Avenue to Fernside
Boulevard, No, pw 3-69-4, and filed in the office of thb City Clerk on March. 4, 1969;
NON THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the
said Specification, Special Provisions and Plans, be, and the same are hereby approved.

YR IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the wmrk speci-
fied in said Specifications and Provisions be and the same is hereby authorized,
P1 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council. of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 1969, for furnisha
inm to the City of all labor, materials, machinery, tools and equIpment necessary for

Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder wbo submits the lowest and best bid.
