WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Counvil a reduest for
approval of certain warrants numbered 1n:7 .and 158 of the Board of Trustees of
Reclamation District D. 2105, and this Council. finds that said warrants should be
approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of sale warrants and the face amounts thereof ware
duly authorized by resolutions of said Board at its meeting neld on February 27, 1969$
said. resolutions appearing in the minutes thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, 031 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the
warrants of tha Board. of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105 set forth. below be,
and hereby are FLoproved.
