APPROVING FINAL MAP 0 SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
3069, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OP AGREENEET FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMTROVEMENTS THEREIN,
ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND PARCELS OF LAND,
AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PEREOPMANCE :BOND AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (SHOREPOINT ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER).
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Municipal
soda', there has heretofore been filed with and approved by the Council a Tentative Map
of that certain proposed subdivision no as Tract 3069; and
WHEREAS, Shorepoint Associates, a partnership comprised of Jack Filinick,
Charles J. Brown, W. D. Runswick, William B. Andrade and J. S. Heywood, the subdividers
herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Mina' ap of that proposed subdivi-
sion known as Tract 3069; and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City of
Alameda to construct and complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to
post with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda a bond in the amount of ii118,500.00
to Ruarantee full and faithful performance of said work, all in accordance with said
Article; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates theron certain easements and parcels of
land dedicated for public use;
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT EFSOLVRD BY 'HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the
Final Map of Tract 3069 be and hereby is approved.
BE IT :FURTHER RESOLVED that the aareement for construction and completion of
the pdblic improvements in said subdivision, and all its terms and conditions, be and
'hereby is approved, and the City Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute and attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcels of land dedicated for
public use are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, in conformity with the terms of
the offer of dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of 11)48,500.00 Ruaranteeing
full and faithful performance of the subdividers, said public improvements construction
contract, is hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of April, 1969, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Fore, Levy, Longaker, McCall and President La Croix, Jr.,
NOES: None.
