pavemeXIS repair and resurfacing of Park Street fruu San Jose Avenue to Otis Drive, No. RK 5-D9-10,
and filed to the office of the City Clerk on Macy 6, 496,7;

catinms, Special Provisisns and Plans, be, and the same are hereby- approved and adopted-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the work specified in said

up to the hour of 11:00 okSinck a-m. on FRIDAY, MAY 23, 1969, for furnishing to the City of all
labor, materials machinery, toolu and equipment neoessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in
accordance with said Spectficatdens and Provisions. Bids must Le presented .0 the City Clerk, in.
the City- Dail, 13, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal
for Pavement Hepair and Resuwfaning of' Park: Street from San aose Akenue to Otis Drive," or similar
designation-
