RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIE CIE1 Oe' ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions
for furnishing Class vB" 10 La Cement Concrete Transit Mix to the City of Alameda, for the
fiscal year ending june 3o, 19T o, 5-69-3, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 0,
1963, be, and the same are hereby approved. and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o,clodM a.m. on FRIDAY, MAY 23, 1969, for ftrnishing to the City of said
materials, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
ontaide, "Proposal for Portland Cement Concrete Transit Fix—educal Year 1969-70,v or similar
designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded 1101 to the provisions of the Charter of aaid
Citym to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and beat bid_ The right is reserved to
reject any or all. bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times—Star, a notice
calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said
Specifications and Provisions.
