RESOLVED UT TUE COUNCIL OF 1FE CITY OF ALAKEDA that, the Specificatiens and Provisions
for furnishing to the t nmeda. one (1) new, latest medol tractor with power take-off and
throe point hitch for the Park Debarmeut, No. NIA filbd in tho office of the City Clerk
on May 20, 1969, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, the Opuncli of the City of Alameda will. receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock ammy on WEDNESDAY, 01 11, 1969, for the furnishing to the City
of said tractor, in accordance with said Specificatluns and Provisions. Bids must be presented
to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked
on the outside, 9Proposal for one (1) new, latest model traotor with power take-off and three
point hitch,” or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. Ile right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Glork is 'ren directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice
calling for aealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Speci-
fications and Provisions.
