WHEREAS, there ham heretofore been filed with this Council a request for approval of a
cmrtaih. warrant limbered 160 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2106d and this
Council findo that said wo.=ant should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of' said warrant and. the fare amount thereof were dilly authorized
by resolution of maid. Board at its meeting held on Jane 3, 1969, sad esolution appearing in the
minutes thereof;
