WHEREAS, in accordance with applicable provisions of Sectiona 2106 anel 2107 of the
Streets and. Highways Code of California, a project statement and budget has beer prepared showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1969-1970 fiscal yearg
and
WHEREAS, the City Council haa considered said budget, is faniliar with and approves the
cortento thereof;
OTM. THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE OPTY OF ALAMEDA that said budget
