REQUESTING PALED= BY TEE FISCAL AGENT OF THE AMOUNT REID IN
THE OFF-STREET PARKING SURPLUS REVENUE FUND TO THE GENKRAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Artible V, Section 5.08(6) of Resolution No. 5312, authorizing the
issuance of City of Alameda Off-Street Parking Revenue Bonds, the City!s Fiscal Agent, Bank of
America Nbtinnal Trust and Savings Association, has accurmiated certain amounts ex the Surplus
Revenue Fund; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provides that the City Council may, by resolution, request the
Fiscal Agent to transfer to the General Fund of the City, to be used for any lawful purposes, any-
or all moneys in. the Dux-plus Revenue Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT BESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF 1E CIIY OF ALRMEDA that the Fiscal
Agent he, and it is hereby, requested to pay over frrm the Surplus Rerenue Fund to the General
Fund of the City of Alameda, to be used for any lawfal barboses, the amount of $24,000.00.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted. by the Council of the City- of Alameda. in regular. meeting mbled on the
