OF TEE CETI OF ALAMEDA FOR TREFEITIG EXPENSES
MUIEFES, Teotion 22-7 of the Charter of the City of Alameda requires that the Council
annually fdx the per diem. allowance for traveling expenses of officers and. employees of the City;
NOW, IlaiREIBMIE BEI II REZOINED 3 lEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
That the per diem allowance for all officers and empiwyees of the City of Alameda while
attending to oftToiai duties, both within and without the City of Alameda, shall not exceed the
amount of the actual expense incurred per diem by- ouch officer or employee, in addition to the costa
of transportation actually incurred; and
RD IT FURTHEE RESCIED that such expenditures shall be repaid to such officer or employne
by the City of Alameda upon submilpsion of a statement of such experde in form satisfactory to the
Auditor of the City of Alameda.
31 IS FURTHER RESOLVED that aich allowance herein fixed shall be effectixe during the
fddcal year TBOM-1970.
