WHEREAS, pursuant to Artinie I, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda Nuntsipal Code,
there has heretofore been flied with. and approtmd by the Council a Tentative Map of that certain
proposed sualivision known as Iraot 5.67,Bn and
bWERTA6 Praddoca Lagan, a copartnership comprised of Eacert C. Braddock and
E. Y. Iouzan, oubdivdders herein, have presented to the Council tor apprcval a Minal Map of that
proposed sacdivioion known as Iract 5-06: and
WHEREAS, said subdividers have entered into an agreement with the City of' Alameda to
construct and complete the public improvements in said subdivision and to post with the City
Clerk of the City of Alameda a bond in the mmount of $752,000.0C to guarantee full. and faitldld
performance of said work, all in accordance with said. Article; and
WWEREAB, said Final Map deliheates thereon certaih easements and parcels cf land
dediratnd to the publih and certain parcels of land granted to thk City of Aimmeda;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Fihal
Map of Tract 5106 be, and hereby is approved.
EE FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction and completion of the public
improvauents in said subdivision, and. all its terms and. conditions, be and hereby is approved, and
the City 01' and the City Clerk ars authorized and directed to execute and attest to, respectively,
said agreement on beheld: of the City of Alameda.
EE IR' FURTHER EMOLVED that the bond in the sura of 0 752,000.00 guaranteeinm full and
faithful performance of the subdiwiderei said public Improvements constructien contract, is hereby
approved as adffioient in aumant.
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcels of land 01(0 to the public
are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for ase in conformity with the tenms of the offers of
dndicatinn, and said paireeln of land granted to the City of Alameda, designated on saMd Final Map as
Parcels ',BR 505 and Rd" are hereby accepted.
