AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT' WITH BRINK'S, INCORPORATED,
FOR TRE1R SERVICES vElAyiNs PARRIUG METER COLLECTIONS, FOR Ti
FISCAL YEAR 1969-1970
WHEREAS, a proposed. contract with. Brink's, Incorporated, for their services relating te
parking meter collections durin0 . the fiscal year beginning july- I, 1969 and ending June 30, 1970,
has been submitted to this Council, and the GOUIICil i8 fully informed and aware of the terms and
conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said contract be entered
into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OFTIED CITY OF' PIALIDA that the Mayor of
the City of Alameda
• hereby authorized and diacyoted to emecate, for and. on behalf of the City
of Alameda, that certain contract referred to above by and betwyen nitily!s, Incorporated, and the
City of Alameda, for their services relating to parking meter collections during the fiscal year
1969-1970. The City- Clork is hereby directed to attest to same.
