RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF ALULTDA that the Specifications and Provisions
for furnishing to the City af Alameda one (1) new, latest modml. hydraulic operated 1E01 aerial
ladder truck for the Fire Department, No. MS 7-69-6, filed in the office of the City Clerk on
July 1, 1969, be, and the sate are hereby approved and adopted-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda mill receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 12:00 o,clock a.m. on TFURSDAY, IHLY 10, 1969, for the furnishing to the City
of said truck, in accordance with said STfecifications and Previsions. Bids must be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Mall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked. on
the outside, "Proposal -E'er one (1) new, latest model hytraulie operated 100! aerial. ladder truck
for the Fire Department," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, mill be awarded sub:het to the provisions of the Charter of said
City,
90 91 responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reservbd to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk 1 5 hereby directed to advertise, ih. the Alameda Times-Slar, a notice
calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said
Specifications and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by- the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
ist day of July, 1969, by the following vote, to wit:
