RESOLUTION OF THE COMMIL OF VHF CITY OF ALAMEDA. IN MEMORIAM
TO BELEM E WARRIDID, RETIRED CITY EMPLOYEE
WITH GREAT SORROW, the Council of the City- of Alameda records the death of one of its
former loyal employees, HELEN E. TABECIELD.
WHEREAS, Mrs, Warfiold commenced her deployment with the City of Alameda on August 1,
1942, as a 'hypist—Clerk in the Civil Defense Department and, on February 16, 1944, was transferred.
to the Bureau of Electricity, in which Department she was serving at the time of her retirement on
July 1, 1957; and
WHEREAS, MPS. Warfield had been a conscientious and. effiplent employee, most friendly and
cooperative with all of her fellow workers and other associmtes.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda does hereby
recognize tMth true appreciation the reliable service given by- YTS. Warfiela during the period of
her employment with the City and its sense of personal loos in her passing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread ir full upon. the minutes of this
meeting and a copy thereof 1 sent to the family of Mrs, Waal:Meld in order to extend to its members
sincere condolence in their bereavmment,
ME IT FIRMER RESOLVES that when. this meeting of the Council of the City- of Alameda
adjourns, it shall do so in respect to the memory of HELEN E. idAkAIELD.
