WHEREAS, the State of California, throzgh its Departhent of Public Wolkn, Diviaion of
Highways, haz presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the litate Highway in 1 City of Alameda,
effective as of Tilly 1, 1969, and to remain, in effect until amended or terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of saYd Agreement and desires
said City- to enter into same;
NOW lliERITTiRE, 'PE IT RESOLVED EY TEE CCDNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Agreement
for (0 '0 of State HiEhway in the City of Alameda iS hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on. behaif of the City and the City Clerk is directed to attest
to same.
