Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and. upon nomination. of the Mayor, WATSON L.
BUTCHER is hereby appointed to the offise of member of the City Planning Board of the City of
Alameda for a term commencing July I, 1969 and expiring on june RO, 1972, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and is qualified.
