FIXING THE RATE ANT LEVYING A TAX ON ALL REAL AND PERSONAL
PROPERTY IN THE CITY: OF ALAMEDA FOR TIE FISCAL YEAR 1968-1970
AND APPORTIONINC, THE SAME AEONG TEE SEVERAL FUNDS OF ET CITY
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY: OF' AIARTDA that the rate of City- taxes to be
levied for the fisco l. yEar beginning July 1, 1969 and ending june 30, 1970, upon all property
assessed for taxation within the corporate lindts of the City of Alameda on the basis of the
valuation thereof as shown by the assessment rolls in the off1us of the City Assessor of sada City
be, and the same is hereby, fixed as follows:
At the rate of two hundred and thirty cents (23(0) on each one hundred. dollars ($100)
of amseesed valuation of said prorerty 10 11 Unsecured Roll; and
At tne rate of one hundred and ninety-stx cents (19($) on each one hundrem dolt- rs (° OO)
of assessed valuation of said property on the Secured Roll; and
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, for the purpose of raising the necessary revenue for said
City for the fiscal year 1868-1870, a tax be, and the same is hereby, fixed and levied on each and
eyery one hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of all taxablo property, real and personal,
within the corporate lindts of said City, as follows:
On property on the Unsecured Roll, at the rate of Two and 30/100 Dollars ($(0.80); and
On property on the Secured Noll, at the rate of One and 96/100 Dollars ($1.86); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said tax, and the moneys arising therefrom, when collected,
shall be, and the same are hereby, appropriated to and apportioned among the several funds, special
purposes and bonded indebtedness of thu City hereinafter desiginatEd, • the proportion and amounts
respectively set forth opposite each such designated fund, special purpose or indebtedness, as foil mw:
