RESOIMED THS COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ALFA:IDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda four (1+) new 1970 models, four door sedans for the Police Depart-
ment, No. MS 10-6987, filed in the office of the City- Clerk on October 7, 1969, be, and the oame are
hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FLAMER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00 33c 'k a.m. on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 196H, for the furnishing to the City of said
automobiles, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Sirs must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
utside, "Propcoal for four (4) new 19TC models, four dour sedans for the Police Department," or
similar designation_
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the o,00 001 of sale
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lobbst and best bid- ,1 right is reserved to reject
any or all bids.
The GIty Clerk ia hereby. directed to advertiseT in the Almelo Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution 110 0' said Specifications and
Provisions.
