ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA
TWO (2) NEW 1970 MODEL 4-DOOR STATION WAGON MOTOR VEHICIME
FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY
CIERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE GILL OF ALRITEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda. two (2) new 1970 model 4-door station. wagon motor vehicles for the
Fire Department, No, MS 10-69-9, filed in the °Moe of the City Clerk on October 21, 1969, be, and
the same are hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT' FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City- of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00 ofilock a.m. on FRIDAY', NOVEMBER 21 1969, for the furnishing to the City of said.
automobiles, in accordance with said Specificatione and Provisions. Bids must be oresehted. to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed 30,:701, and plainly marked on tho outside,
'Proposal for two (2) new 1970 model 4-1oor station wagon motor vehicles," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded. subject to the provisions of the Charter of said City,
to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and beat bid. The right is reserved to reject any
or aLL bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed. to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids, in accordance with the previsions of thie resolution and of said Snecificatione and
rovisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby sertify that the foregoing Resolution was duty and reguiarly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda it negular meeting assombled on the
21st day of October, 1969, by the following vote, to wit:
