OFEETREE AND ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO HIGHWAY USETS TAX
FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, by- its Resolution Fo. 71.90, adopted June 1.7, 1969, this City approved a, project,
statement and adopted a budget for the expenditure of funds apportioned from the Highway UnerRi TaK
Fund to Cities for the 1969-70 fiscal year, all in accordanoo ydth Secs. 2106, and. 2107", Streets and
Highways Code of California.; and
WHEREAS, the Suherintendent of Streets has proposed Amendment No. 1 to said budget, a copy
of which amendment is on file in his offioe, and willnh it is in the hest publio inter est. to approve;
NOW THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CM OF ALAMEDA that said Amiendment
No. 1 to the budwet hereinabove referred to be and hereby is adopted and affihmed, and. Resolution
No.
1(37 and hereby is amehded accordingly.
