APPOINTING OF THE PENSION BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNSIL OF THE CITY OE ALAMEDA that pursuant, to the provisions
ef Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079 New Series, as amended by Ordinance No. 1085 Pew Series,
of the City of Alameda, the election of GEORGE T. RASMUSSEN by the membernhip of the Police
Department is approved, and he is hereby appointed. to the office of trustee of the leneiGn or
of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on January 1, 1970 and expiring December 1, 1M72„
and to serve until. his successor is appointed and in gnolified.
IL the undersigned, hereby. certify that the foregoing Resolution wae duly and regularly
introduced and adopted hy the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2nd day of December, 1369, by the following vote, to wit:
