DRAINAGE AND PAYING- AT THE CENTRAL &HUTMENT GARAGE, CALLING
FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY C,LERE TO ADVERTISE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for
drainage and paving at the Central Equipment Garage at 2040 Grand. Street, No. PK 12-69-20, and
filed in the office of the City- Clerk on December 2, 1969;
NOW THEREFORE, BE id RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the said Specifi-
cations, Special Provisions and Plans, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted_
PE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of thn work specified in said
Specifications and Provisions be and the same is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that 'Moe Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00
_< p, on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 1969, for furnishing to the City of all
labor, materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in
accordance vdth said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the
City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and. plainly masked or. the outside, "Proposal. for
Drainage and Paving at the Central Equipment Garage," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the responsible binder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right 3 reserved to
reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder on application to
the City Engineer, at his office in the Gity Hall Alameda, California.
The City Clerk fte hereby directed. to admartise, in the Alameda Times—Star, a notice calling
for sealed bids in accordance kdth the provisions of' this resolution. and of said Specifications and
Provisions.

introduced and adapted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled OE the
